It's my great pleasure to endorse the catering services of Norann McManus. I have used her services on several occasions and have always been delighted with the menu she proposed. The food is always freshly prepared and plentiful. She is capable of providing catering for both small and large groups. The last menu we used for a party of 50 consisted of stuffed mushrooms, shrimp scampi, caprice salad, beef tenderloin, an excellent cheese platter and tiny pastries for desert. She is incredibly easy to work with, reasonably priced, and is very accommodating.
